Three teams (e.g. 3×3 or 3×4). Two teams play together against the team that has lost possession. When a team loses the ball, it switches to defending and the other team joins alongside the team in possession. Continuous transitions in roles.
Quick role changes after a loss of possession. The players on the team in possession recognise the new team-mate quickly. Speed in transitions and possession under pressure.
