Attacking, Passing, Possession
Team game (e.g. 6v6 or 7v7). The pitch is divided into three vertical zones. The attacking team only scores a point once the ball has been in all three zones before finishing. This forces the use of width and prevents narrow central play.
The attack uses the full width of the pitch before playing in depth. The wide players stay wide and provide options. Expanding the picture of play and wide attacking play.
