Mark out an area of approximately 16 × 16 metres and spread flat cones around it at different distances, so that there are both short and long gaps between them. Ten cones are enough for six players. Each player has their own ball, and everyone works at the same time. The players dribble from cone to cone and use different parts of the foot: the sole, the instep, the inside of the foot and the outside of the foot. When a player stops the ball on top of a cone, they score a point. The ball may be kept on the cone for a maximum of three seconds. If someone is already at a cone, continue to another cone. Who can score the most points in a minute? For a large group, make the area bigger and add more cones in the same proportion. When the game is going well, some of the players become blockers: they dribble their own ball to cones and block them by stopping the ball on top of them.
Head up during dribbling and keep the ball in your peripheral vision: your eyes find the next free cone before the stop. Over a longer distance, use a longer touch and more speed; near the cone, use short, frequent touches. Stop with the sole on top of the ball, the non-kicking foot beside the ball and your weight on the balls of your feet. Use touches with different parts of the foot: the sole, the instep, the inside of the foot and the outside of the foot. Get past the other dribblers with a small change of direction, keeping the ball close to the foot.
