The attacker starts with the ball at one end of the channel, the defender stands in the middle of the channel facing the attacker. The aim is to beat the defender with a feint or a change of direction and score.
The attacker approaches under control, makes the feint at the right distance and accelerates immediately after beating the defender. The defender closes the space step by step.
At what distance do you make the feint? Too far away does not work. Does the acceleration come immediately after beating the defender? Defender: do you drop off under control or are you forced to turn?
