shooting · U8+
Players take turns shooting a stationary ball at goal from different distances (8–15 m). Balls are placed at various angles in front of goal. Focus on correct striking technique: planting foot beside the ball, locking the ankle, and striking with the laces.
Planting foot firmly beside the ball, eyes on the ball at the moment of contact, ankle locked. Follow-through in the direction of the ball. Automating correct shooting technique.
Where does your planting foot point? Is the ankle locked at the moment of contact? Did you pick your corner beforehand?
