transitions
The goalkeeper releases the ball to the winger or defender, who comes to meet it before the halfway line. At the same time the opposite winger drops in to receive in the middle, and the pivot positions himself in the attacking half, behind the winger who received the ball. The winger who received then moves to take the next pass facing the goal, while the winger who received in the middle plays it to the pivot beside the attacking area, who releases it to the winger running on to the pass at speed.
Attacking transition and agility.
