Transitions
The goalkeeper releases the ball to the winger/defender, and the winger comes short to receive the ball before the halfway line. At the same time, the opposite winger comes to receive the ball in the middle, and the pivot positions himself in the attacking half, behind the winger who received the ball. The winger/defender who received the ball then moves to receive the pass facing the goal, and the winger who received in the middle passes to the pivot beside the attacking area and then passes to the winger/defender who moved at speed to receive the pass.
